This chart illustrates information about

producing and preparing coffee for sale at


supermarkets and shops.
Overall, there are 10 stages in the process,
beginning with picking up coffee beans and
culminating in packing coffee into jars at the
end
In the first stage, coffee beans are picked from
coffee trees and then, they are dried in the sun
shine. The third phase is when the dried
beans are roasted and following this, they are
rapidly cooled in the special fridge. In the
subsequent stage, they are grinded manually
and then mixed with hot water. The next
stage is that the mixture is strained so that the
water is distracted before freezing it in a
special container. Then, once more it is
grinded and dried in a vacuum in order to
reliase remaining water.
Finally, the coffee is packed into jars before
delivering to the market and shops
