Objectives:
By the end of the lesson students will:
-use vocabulary for family
-use English in familiar situations

-practise speaking with specific questions and words with their family members

Methods: T will start the warm up by introducing a video Meet the shark. Students will guess the topic of
the lesson. Teacher will introduce the text from pg 25 and will ask the students to scan for the family
members. Teacher will write down the words on the board , will clarify the meanings, , will give examples,
will make students create their own examples. Then, students will have ex 2 pg 25.Teacher will use the
new vocabulary words in the reading task. Teacher will write the new adjectives and clarify the meaning.
Students will have to mark each adjective with a certain picture, at the board. After that, students will do ex
2 pg 26.the sentences, .Then will colour for 5 minutes the family and will match the members with the
pictures. T appreciates the best opinions, remarks the SS .T helps each time there is the case, controls the
activities..

Procedures: Teacher will introduce the text from pg 25 and will ask the students to scan for the family
members. Students will have to tell the teacher where to place the new words. In each category: parents,
grandparents, or brothers.
