INFORMED CONSENT FORM

The following will provide you with information about the study that will help you in deciding
whether or not you wish to participate. If you agree to participate, please be aware that you are
free to withdraw at any point throughout the duration of the conduction without any penalty.
This practical is for participant aged between 18-35 (young adults) living in Delhi and NCR
region. In this study, we will ask you to provide your responses to the list of
statements/stimulus. If you have any problem in providing data associated with your
psychological aspects, then please inform the researcher and the study will end now. If for any
reason during this study you do not feel comfortable, you may withdraw and your data will be
discarded. Your participation in this study may require approximately 4 to 15 minutes. When
this study is complete you can be provided with the results if you request them, and you will
be free to ask any questions. Your participation is solicited, yet strictly voluntary. There is no
right or wrong response. All information will be kept confidential and your name will not be
associated with any research findings.
