Brake and Power Cut-off

Service brake
Power cut-off function:
When the shift handle is in forward/reverse I and II and power cut-off
selector switch is in “SELECT”
SELECT position,
position in brake,
brake the electric control
box will lead gearbox to be idle to realize power cut-off.

In consideration of safety, when the machine stays at II gear, no

matter which position the power cut-off selector switch is in, this
function is not exerted in brake.
Emergenc /parking brake system
Emergency/parking s stem

Manual control (air pressure >0.4

>0 4 MPa)
Release or engage brake by pulling up or pressing down the
emergency/parking brake control button

Automatic control
In the working period, when the air pressure is lower than 0.28MPa,
the control button will prop up automatically to realize emergency
brake, the gearbox is in idle position, and power output is cut off
Inspection and Adjustment
System maintenance
•Frequently inspect whether each
pport is loosened or leaks.
•Inspect the level of the brake fluid
of the booster everyday.
•Do not mix other oils into the
brake fluid.

loosen the locking nut of the breather to
exhaust.
• Repeat the above actions until exhausted oil
does not air bubbles.
