Power cut-off function:
When the shift handle is in forward/reverse I and II and power cut-off
selector switch is in “SELECT”
SELECT position,
position in brake,
brake the electric control
box will lead gearbox to be idle to realize power cut-off.
Automatic control
In the working period, when the air pressure is lower than 0.28MPa,
the control button will prop up automatically to realize emergency
brake, the gearbox is in idle position, and power output is cut off
Inspection and Adjustment
System maintenance
•Frequently inspect whether each
pport is loosened or leaks.
•Inspect the level of the brake fluid
of the booster everyday.
•Do not mix other oils into the
brake fluid.

• Park the machine on flat and straight pavement
• Leave the machine idling and pull up the
emergency brake control button
• Fill oil cups of front and back boosters with

• Start the machine and operate until air pressure
reaches 0.71-0.78 Mpa p
• Sheath a transparent plastic tube on wheel
brake breather, step on the brake pedal, and
loosen the locking nut of the breather to
exhaust.
• Repeat the above actions until exhausted oil
does not air bubbles.

Caution:
Loosen the breather slowly to prevent spattering.
Brake clamp
• The brake block is provided with three longitudinal grooves
