What would you do?

Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution
across marketing, sales and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by
enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the
customer lifecycle. Manages assigned contract management processes, including but not limited
to the coordination and finalization of the Customer contractual instrument including the project
specifications and budget. Negotiates and prepares contracts, budgets and related documents
for participation in clinical trials. Communicates and explains legal and budgetary issues to
internal and external parties per department guidelines. Evaluates and reviews Customer
requested contract changes and based upon department guidelines; escalatesdeviations to
department leadership and/or the Legal Department. You will need an understanding of using
Accenture sales processes, tools, metrics, and techniques that support our aggressive sales
goals. Serves as communication liaison between Contracts staff and internal and external
Customers. Provides functional guidance and keeps Contracts team aware of all contract
statuses or pending issues. Prepares correspondence as necessary. Evaluates contracts for
completeness and accuracy by comparing to department guidelines to determine adherence,
and ensures that corrections are appropriately made and documented. Initiates and participates
in face-to-face or teleconference Customer meetings for the purpose of expediting the contract
signing process, as directed or independently determined as an appropriate course of action.
Maintains contract templates, study specific files and databases.has context menu You will be
responsible for Contract management wherein you will manage the processes whereby the
performance of client work is coordinated with the contract rights and obligations of the parties to
ensure contract compliance (or that the contract is modified as appropriate). It also involves
managing contract creation, execution and analysis to maximize operational and financial
performance at an organization, all while reducing financial risk. The team works on creating and
reviewing contracts, contract summary creation, contract management with experience in the
legal background.
