The items listed below are to be submitted to the Class Educator on the day of the Orientation in a labeled
packet with the child’s name, class and section clearly written. (Please ensure none of the items are missing
in your packet as these resources are used extensively thorough the year).

Table 2 – PENCIL POUCH ITEMS

The children need to come well equipped to the classroom at all times. Each child must have in their school
pencil pouch, the following stationery items to be able to participate effectively in class, however, please note
that these items SHOULD NOT be submitted to the Educator and will be brought by the child in her / his bag to
use on the first day of school and should remain with the child. Parents must keep checking the children’s pouch
regularly to ensure that the child has these items at all times and that they are refurbished promptly each time
they have been exhausted in order to avoid inconvenience to the child in class. It must be strictly ensured that
the children refrain from bringing more than 1 of each on a daily basis. Big, fancy pencil pouches are strictly
prohibited in school.
