Bikers Lives Matter is a registered NPC.

We are officially a Tax Exempt Entity as Approved by SARS as of

the 10th of June 2019 with SARS Tax No: 9147/074/24/0. Our PBO No: is 930065632 and our Registration
No: is 2018/493565/08. That means:

The public benefit organisation has been approved for purposes of section 18A(1)(a) of the Act and
donations to the organisation will be tax deductible in the hands of the donors. This means that we now
broaden our horizon and do what we were officially set out to do, which is protect the interest of Bikers,
and ensure that cases that have either gone dormant or have not seen the court as yet get the proper
Legal Aid and closure. This will now mean we now need a Legal Law Firm to handle these cases either on
pro-bono or at special rates and ensure that justice prevails and we can bring the carnage on the roads
to a halt by ensuring that people spend time in jail instead of walking after the death of a biker.

We aim to address the following:

1) Reckless and Negligence Driving.

2) Driving under the influence of alcohol resulting in calpable homicide cases or permanent injury to
bikers.

3) Driving without due care and consideration of other road users.

4) Excessive speeding on the roads over prescribed speed limits.

5) Road rage.

6) Failure to observe blind spots procedure before one changes lanes or turns resulting in the death or
injury of a biker.

7) Illegal u-turns.

8) Raise awareness of bikers on the roads so as to avoid accidents.

We have partnered with the following Government Institutions to ensure our matters are heard and
addressed.
