What are the basic roles and/or responsibilities of followers of the religion or belief system?

Direct Quotation:

“Unity does not profess any of the Christian creed. Its diverse statements say unity is free of

discrimination based on race, color, gender, age, creed, religion, national origin, ethnicity,

physical disability, or sexual orientation. (Zavada, 2022)

Paraphrase Quotation:

Technically, Unity does not support of the teaching of Christianity. Unity is free from

discrimination based on race, color, age, creed, religion, national ethnicity, physical limitations,

or sexual orientation, according to its diversity statement. (Zavada,2022)

Significance:

This passage is important because it explains what you will expect in the unity of a church.

However, it introduces the belief of unity church. Also, it is important because it offers a unique

perspective on spirituality and promotes inclusivity. It emphasizes oneness and the power of

positive thinking.

What are daily practices associated with the religion and belief tradition?

(Example: dietary practices, forms of dress, patterns of prayer, use of language, care for

those in need).

“Unity church services usually feature music and a sermon or lesson. Unity church have

both male and female ministers. Larger unity churches have ministries for children, married

couples, seniors and singles and outreach services. (Cuthbert, 2022)

One of the practices in unity church is worship services where they will learn a

sermon or a lesson along with music-technically, when that church is bigger, they will

split the ministries such as children, married couple, singles, and seniors. (Cuthbert,

2022)

Significance:

This passage is significant because it shows the practices that the unity church

usually does. However, it offers a variety of ministries and services that cater to separate

groups. Their services often include music and a sermon or e lesson, creating meaningful

and inclusive experience.

How does popular culture use traditional symbols, ideas and other elements

associated with religion and belief tradition?

"Circle is one of the oldest symbols in the world, the circle is associated with unity,

completeness, eternity and perfection. In fact, most traditions, such as talking circles or

peacemaking circles, were derived from their symbolism. In some religions, believers would

gather in a circle and pray. Which is called a prayer circles. (Rhys, 2023)

Paraphrase Quotation:

One of the traditional symbols is the world's oldest. However, this symbol represents as the

perfectionist, eternity, oneness, and completion. Also, this symbol used for some religion they

would use it when they are going to pray. (Rhys,2023)

Significance:

This passage is significant because it tells us one of tradition world oldest symbols.

However, this symbol is reminder that everyone is connected and equal. in short, it represents

unity and togetherness. This symbolizes that we are part of a community and that me are all

Unity church’s belief in the power of positive thinking. Basically, this principle can be

misunderstood as dismissing real-world problems or hardship. Unity church encourages people

to approach challenges with a positive mindset, not ignore them. They believe this can lead to

personal growth and resilience.

Unity church’s focus on inclusivity. Basically, some people might interpret this as a lack

of traditional structure or rules. However, unity church's aim is to create a space where everyone,

regardless of their background and beliefs will feel welcome and loved. They believe this

openness fosters a deeper understanding and acceptance among their community members.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, Unity church's focus on positivity and inclusivity can sometimes be

misunderstood due to experiences of discrimination in religious context. However, their core

teachings aim to foster personal growth, resilience and a since of community among everyone.

Despite the challenges, they strive to provide a welcoming and loving environment for all.
