You are a Project Manager in a construction company. Your company needs to build a House
complex, consisting of 20 houses. Your company is responsible for all aspects of the project,
including, but not limited to: Excavation works, construction, electrical works, mechanical
works, gardening, etc. Some tasks are executed through sub-contractors. Your company is still
in the process of obtaining legal clearance to proceed with the project.

You have one main sponsor who is financing the project. You expect to finish the project in 2
years and you have already started to sell the apartments to your prospective tenants.

Your task is to develop the ‘stakeholder register’, ‘assessment information’ and ‘communication
management plan’.
