Balincaguing Elementary School will be having a graduation exercises and moving up ceremony on
July 10, 2023 at 8:00 in the morning.

July was known to be one of the rainy months and in order to have an orderly, conducive and safe
activity, we would like to ask permission from your good office to use the covered court as the venue
of the said event.
