IRON SPARTAN TRAINING New Iron Spartan Orientation — Training Expectations All IRON SPARTAN TRAINING drills and exercises are expected to be performed with 100% effort... Perform all warm-up drills with focus...this is the time for you to get your body loose and ready to perform at a high tempo Always pay attention to all instructions given by the Iron Spartan Coaches for each exercise/d Most of the Iron Spartan Training drills are competition based...therefore, all players are expected to compete at all times Always start each tr 1g exercise/drill behind the specified start line....un THROUGH the h line...Finish Strong. You will be told to repeat any Iron Spartan Training drill rep that is not up to our standard AILIRON SPARTAN TRAINING sessions will be meticulously prepared and timed... Each set of each Iron Spartan Training exercise will begin on the Iron Spartan Coaches command Each Iron Spartan will work towards a training max for the major core lifts (Power Clean, Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press) Each athlete is expected to use the training max given unless told otherwise by an Iron Spartan Coach I reps for each training exercise are expected to be completed by every Iron Spartan...PERFORM ALL OF YOUR REPS!!! All IRON SPARTANS are expected to have a conditioning base going into training... Take care of your body at all times Make sure you are eating before each workout and after each workout Make sure you are hydrating well in advance so that you do not cramp during Iron Spartan Training sessions Make sure you are stretching when you can...we do not want any pulls/injuries during Iron Spartan Training sessions Attack each rep at game speed...Improve yourself with every rep you perform
