GIFT DEED

(In Favour of Family Members)


THIS DEED OF GIFT is made and executed on this 10th day of August, 2023,
at Yadagirigutta, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, by and between:-

PALUSAM ARCHANA W/O. P. SATYANARAYANA, aged about 29 Years,


(D.O.B: 01-01-1994), Occupation: House-wife, Resident of H.No. 17-53/A,
Vishnupuri Colony, Peerzadiguda, Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana State – 500
098. (Aadhaar No. XXXX XXXX 5147).

(Hereinafter called the “DONOR”) of the first part.

IN FAVOUR OF

BEEMAGANI HARINATH S/O. BEEMAGANI NARSAIAH, aged about 51


Years, (D.O.B: 01-01-1972), Occupation: Driver, Resident of H.No. 3-5-49,
Indira Nagar, Ramanthapur, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Telangana State – 500
013. (Aadhaar No. XXXX XXXX 9747).

(Hereinafter called the “DONEE”) of the other part.


The terms the “DONOR” and the “DONEE” herein used shall wherever the
context so admits mean and include their executors, successors, legal
representatives, administrators and assignees etc.

Whereas the DONOR is the sole and absolute Owner of the New
Construted House on Plot No. 16/B, in Survey No. 8/అ, admeasuring an
area of 100 Sq.Yards or equivalent to 83.61 Sq.Meters., With R.C.C. Roof
Plinth area 1493.5 Sft., (i.e., Ground Floor Plinth Area 746.75 and First Floor
Plinth Area 746.75) Situated at Block.4, GUNDLAPALLY VILLAGE,
YADAGIRIGUTTA MANDAL, YADADRI BHUVANAGIRI DISTRICT, Within
the limits of Yadagirigutta Muncipality., Under the jurisdiction of
Registration Sub-District: Yadagirigutta and Registration District: Nalgonda,
M.P.P. Yadagirigutta, Z.P.P. Yadadri Bhuvanagiri and more fully described in
the schedule hereto. Having acquired through registered Gift Deed Document
No. 7460 of 2020, Dated: 21-03-2020 registered in the office of sub Registrar
Yadagirigutta and since then the DONOR is in the possession and absolute
enjoyment thereof.

OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPALITY YADAGIRIGUTTA, has issued a Ownership


Certificate in favour of Donor, with PTIN NO.1259105058, Dated:10-08-
2023, issued by Municipal Commissioner, Yadgirigutta.

WHEREAS the DONOR has Desired to Gift above said property, House
No. 4-198/1/1, {PTIN NO.1259105058}, Construted on Plot No.16/B, in
Survey No. 8/అ, admeasuring an area of 100 Sq.Yards or equivalent to 83.61
Sq.Meters., With R.C.C. Roof Plinth area 1493.5 Sft., (i.e., Ground Floor
Plinth Area 746.75 and First Floor Plinth Area 746.75) Situated at Block.4,
GUNDLAPALLY VILLAGE, YADAGIRIGUTTA MANDAL, YADADRI
BHUVANAGIRI DISTRICT, Within the limits of Yadagirigutta Muncipality.,
out of love and affection to the DONEE and the DONEE accepted the same.

Whereas the DONEE is DONOR’S FATHER. DONOR has great natural


love and affection for the said DONEE and desirous of making a GIFT of the
aforesaid house in favour of the said DONEE with equal rights.

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That is consideration of natural love and affection for the said DONEE
and in view of the services being rendered by the DONEE, the DONOR
conveys unto the DONEE, the schedule mentioned property absolutely
forever.

2. That the DONOR further conveys and assigns unto the DONEE the
schedule mentioned property with all rights, Title, Interest, Privileges,
appurtenances, easements, ways and all other rights whatsoever there to
have and to hold the same absolutely forever.

3. That the DONOR hereby declares that the schedule mentioned property is
free from all encumbrances, charges, liens and equities etc., and
He/She/They, has/have not done anything whereby the said property lies
under any attachment of court or person.

4. That the DONOR has delivered physical possession of the schedule
mentioned property to the DONEE who shall enter into and upon the
schedule mentioned property hereby conveyed by way of GIFT and the
DONEE shall enjoy the schedule mentioned property peacefully without
interruption, obstruction and disturbance of the DONOR is by any other
person claiming through or under him/her/them.

5. That the DONEE shall have full power to sell, Mortgage, charge lease or
otherwise dispose all or any part of the schedule mentioned property with
all the powers and absolute owner in any manner he may deem fit.

6. That the DONEE shall have a right to get the said property mutated in the
municipal/Revenue records by virtue of this GIFT DEED.

7. That the DONEE have accepted this GIFT and has entered into the
possession of the Schedule mentioned property.

8. The land on which the house was constructed is not an assigned land
within the meaning of A.P. Assigned lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act.
No.9 of 1977 and it does not belong to or under mortgage to Government
agencies or their undertakings.

All that the part and parcel of the House No. 4-198/1/1, {PTIN
NO.1259105058}, Construted on Plot No.16/B, in Survey No. 8/అ,
admeasuring an area of 100 Sq.Yards or equivalent to 83.61 Sq.Meters.,
With R.C.C. Roof Plinth area 1493.5 Sft., (i.e., Ground Floor Plinth Area
746.75 Sft and First Floor Plinth Area 746.75 Sft) Situated at Block.4,
GUNDLAPALLY VILLAGE, YADAGIRIGUTTA MANDAL, YADADRI
BHUVANAGIRI DISTRICT, Within the limits of Yadagirigutta Muncipality.,
Under the jurisdiction of Registration Sub-District: Yadagirigutta and
Registration District: Nalgonda, Under M.P.P. Yadagirigutta, Z.P.P. Yadadri
Bhuvanagiri.
