A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HONORABLE SHARON ROSE G. ESCOTO TO ENTER

INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL ANTI-POVERTY
COMMISSION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SAMBAYANIHAN PROJECT

WHEREAS, the National Anti-Poverty Commission will implement its project Sambayanihan in
the municipality of Gubat;

WHEREAS, the project aims to provide guidance for the NAPC’s efforts, including the
convergence of the government’s anti-poverty programs, projects, and services, in carrying out a
climate-responsive, culture-and-gender-sensitive, and convergent and participatory anti-poverty
strategy;

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Gubat agrees to provide logistical and administrative
assistance to NAPC and its volunteers for the implementation of the said project;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Alvin E. Rosales and duly seconded by Hon.
_________________________, it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to authorize Hon. Sharon Rose G. Escoto,

Municipal Mayor, to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the National Anti-
Poverty Commission on the implementation of SAMBAYANIHAN Project;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished Atty. Noel K.

Felongco, Secretary/Lead Convenor, Water Supply Training Center, MWSS-LWUA Complex,
Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines; and Hon. Sharon Rose G. Escoto, Municipal
Mayor, for information and guidance.
