    I trust this memo finds you well. On December 10, 2023, It came to our attention that there are
    employees who use facebook during work hours. Hence, in the interest of maintaining a
    productive work environment and ensuring the responsible use of company resources, we would
    like to inform all employees about a suspension of Facebook usage during work hours.

    Effective December 14, 2023, all employees are requested to refrain from accessing Facebook
    and utilizing company resources for personal social media activities during work hours. This
    decision is motivated by the need to enhance workplace efficiency and focus on our professional
    responsibilities.

    We appreciate your adherence to this policy, and we believe that it will contribute to a more
    focused and efficient work environment.
