SUMMARY

PERPOSE :
To ensure the condition of the engine after installation,used information engine from china
second hand condition

OBSERVATION :
Start to run the engine for testing engine performance, after running at a temperature of 40
degrees with an engine oil pressure of 4 bar, it shows the engine is in normal condition low
idle RPM (Fig 01)

And when high idle RPM everything looks normal, with the first 5 minutes of work
(Fig 02)

After operating between 8 to 12 minutes, it still looks normal,Coolant temprature

60 degree (fig 03) but when we make low idle rpm the engine immediately shuts down and
engine oil pressuer drop until 2 Bar n still going down to 1,7 Bar (Fig 04)
