General:-

1)SSE(Works) ROB will co-ordinate with other engineering Supervisors ie. SSE (Br) NGP,SSE(Wks/Spl.Work)NGP, SSE (P.Way) NGP, SSE (TRD) AQ, TI ( AQ), SSE (Sig) AQ etc. at site.
2) Power Block will be Taken by SSE ( TRD) AQ, Power block will be operated as per schedule, traffic block will be taken by SSE (WKS/ROB).
a) Days of block:- D+1,D+3,D+22,D+24 (Both power and traffic block required during launching/Removal of RH Girder on both UP and DN track.
During the block hours train movement will be restricted to Up train upto Ajni A Cabin, DN train upto Khapri, Kapri station affected.
b) Power block requirement will be submitted by SSE(TRD)AQ to CTPC/CR/NGP with details of requirement of power Block i.e section affected,duration etc..
c) Two lookout men will be engaged by Maha Metro who will be present at site 24 x 7 for the safety of site .
d) CTPC will hand over the sanctioned block memo to OHE staff SSE(TRD) AQ & he wil communicate the block to OHE staff under his Control.
e) Clear power block & give memo to CTPC/CR/NGP.
f) CTPC/CR/NGP will cancel the block with CHC/P/NGP
3) SSE (Bridge) NGP will execute the Bow String Girder launching assisted by SSE(Wks/ROB)
a) Safe certificate will be issued by SSE (ROB) NGP after each Block after confirmation by SSE(Bridge)NGP.
4)SSE/SE(Tele)AQ or his staff will be required to attend with communication arrangement for emergency if any takes place at site.
5) TI AQ will be available at site for arranging block in co-ordination with SSE (Wks/ROB) NGP and SSE (Pway) NGP.
6) The traffic block will be taken and cleared by SSE(WKS/ROB) NGP at site.
7)20Kmph caution order speed restriction will be imposed from the Day D+0 to D+24 on both UP & DN Lines or further if deemed fit necessary as advised by competent authority.
SSE (P.way) NGP to ensure that the caution order will be within permissible limit.
8) Sr. DEN (CTL) NGP will advise the execution agency Maha Metro well in advance who will remain present at site along with complete arrangement of crew and cranes and with other staff. Sufficient lighting of
area shall be ensured.
