STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP 018-08)

Title: 3D-PRINTING PROCEDURE ON S-MAX MACHINE


METHOD: COMPLETE PRINTING, INCLUDE CLEANING OF PRINTED ITEMS
MATERIALS REQUIRED: SAND, BINDER, ACTIVATOR, CLEANER AND B.I.O. EQUIPMENT: F41
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: EYE GOGGLES, GLOOVES, FACE MASK, SAFETY SHOES
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: POWER VOLTAGE MUST BE OFF DURING ANY ACTIVITY INSIDE THE MACHINE OR DIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH INTERNAL PART IN
ADDITION TO OBSERVE SYMBOLS AND WARNING

Safety Instruction:
1. Before starting the job, always be aware of the safety instructions.
2. Employees shall be worn the safty PPE such as googles, gloves, helmet & safety shoes while perfoming all the below activites.
3. Safty check points to be verified by the machine operator prior to operating the machine as per DOC 011-05(Operation Maintenance Check list) and
