The seed that falls on good ground will yield a fruit - ful har - vest.

You have visited the land and wa - tered it;
God's water - cours - es are filled;

greatly have you en - riched it.
you have pre - pared the grain. R.

Thus have you prepared the land: drenching its furrows, break -ing up its clods,

softening it with showers, bless - ing its yield. R.

You have crowned the year with your boun - ty,
the untilled meadows o - ver - flow with it,
