PARENT EXCURSION CONSENT

Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to announce that our School will be participating in ADEK Cup For both boys and girls (Football and Basketball) for under 9,11,13,15 &17.
The tournament will take place in different locations, date and timing as the following table.
So please look carefully at the table below to avoid any mistake or going to a different place.

The educational purpose of the excursion is to encourage and develop student athletics and provide sufficient opportunities for students to develop individual
abilities.
Teachers in charge of the excursion are Mr. Elamir, Abdelwahab & Ms. Maha
Important Notes: Equipment’s Futsal Shoes are required for U9 & U11

Parents/ Guardians are responsible to bring his son to the placed of play (predetermined) above and then return him home after the
game is over.

I understand that in the event of my child’s misbehavior or behavior that poses a danger to himself/herself or others during the incursion, he/she may be sent
home. I further understand that in such circumstances I will be informed.
