AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Resident of House # 85 Mohallah Haji Hassan Masjid Chaman District Killa Abdullah, do
hereby solemnly declare on oath as under:-

1. That I am the real father of Mr. MUHAMMAD NAEEM holder’s of Pakistani National
Identity Card No.54201-5328191-3, Passport No.FS9951911, Date of Birth 10-06-2001
and intended to go CHINA for higher Education and also he got admission in full time
study program MBBS at Hubei University of Sciences and Technology Xining.
2. That I am enjoying a very strong social and financial status in Pakistan.
3. That my income earning is sufficient enough to afford all education and living boarding
loading expenses of my son at China.
4. That my fresh Bank Statement is attached herewith.
5. That I have enclosed herewith at related documents to your entire satisfaction
6. That during stay I shall bear all the expenses of above-named inclusive of lodging also
medical expenses if any.
7. That the above-mentioned will not get involved in any unsocial activity and will abide by
the Rules and Regulation of government of CHINA during his stay therein.
8. That I am financially good and sound.
9. That I have sufficient amounts in my bank account and this fund is sufficient to meet the
expenses and above-mentioned will return back to homeland Pakistan before the expiry
of visa.

WHATEVER stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief
and nothing has been concealed therein.
