RE: LETTER TO RESPOND TO ALLEGATIONS

I am writing to answer you about the allegations you sent to me in the previous letter. The letter
you had sent me on 14th February 2023 was full of numerous accusations against me regarding
misunderstanding with social work student. On the day of the meeting, I receive one complaint
about the student’s work being torn, which I already explained to you and your office asked me to
do something and after that I looked for the complainant and apologized both to her and your
office. But am surprised by the other complaints number 2 and 3 in the letter you gave me on the
14th February 2023, personally I am not happy with it and if there were any they would have been
discussed in the office at the meeting, but I can firmly assure you that I have not done anything on
those two accusations (no 2&3) against me and I do not recognize them at all.

I have been part of this esteemed institution. As your Tutor, I have always been focused,
determined and hardworking to contribute towards the company’s continued success by offering
our customers exceptional quality services. With that said I would like to apologizing to your office
for the mistake of tearing up a student’s paper and to all those who were affected by that, I also
apologize and it will not happen again.
If you have to know anything further about me before you can contact me. Hope you will consider
my request.
