that he/she is hereby required to appear in person before this court at______________on
the 9th day of February 1993 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and thereafter to remain in
attendance until excused by the said court, in order to testify on behalf of the above-named
Plaintiff in regard to all matters within his knowledge relating to an action now pending in the
said court and wherein the plaintiff claims.

subpoena as he/she may thereby render himself liable to a fine of R 2 000,00, or to
imprisonment for one year.
