 Responsible for providing expert knowledge and advice to the PMO manager on all aspects of project management
 In charge of executing and overseeing PMO processes, ensuring a proper understanding and accurate
implementation of the project methodology. Provides technical and administrative oversight of multiple awards,
monitors work progress in achieving program objectives;
 Reviews and approves implementing institutions work plans and budgets and recommends to the office director
any changes desired in program descriptions.
 Review periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) reports and conducts project monitoring site visits to ensure that
bench marks and goals are being met and to monitor progress and contribute towards goals and objectives.
 Conduct site visits to monitors activities, and identifies and assists in resolving problems, provides guidance on
company policies and procedures and answers questions that may arise.
 Following these visits, prepares trip reports with findings and recommendations and supplements these with oral
briefings to the office director
 Evaluates fully implemented activities focusing on impact, lessons learned, problem areas and how these problems
have been overcome.
 Reviews and approves or modifies annual work plans and budgets developed by donor to ensure adequate funds
to meet needs.
 Examines and assesses expenditure vouchers submitted by Contractors to verify precision and adherence to Donor
agency regulations and payment terms; subsequently approves these invoices for payment.
 Develops periodic project status reports, including financial reports such as projected expenditures, accruals, SF
forms as well as quarterly reports Program implementation review documents etc.
 Support multiple projects in getting the project delivered on time and on budget. Work with the program manager,
project manager, and the project team to ensure everything goes smoothly.
 Accountable for upkeeping project documentation, organizing meetings and events, and liaising with project
stakeholders. Collaborates closely with the PMO manager to ensure the timely completion of all tasks.
 Offering regular support in completing project functions to project manager & teams and assist them with the
planning, scheduling, delivery, and closing of projects.

 Ensuring that the documentation, processes, and frameworks from the PMO are implemented properly.
 Verifying adherence to the strategy outlined by the program manager or PMO, and collecting and presenting data
on the success of projects.
 Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies and ensure compliance with
organizational policies, procedures and project governance structures
 Coordinate resource allocation for projects and Monitor resource utilization and availability.
 Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, prioritize project risks and monitor and update risk registers
 Identify and engage with project stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
 Support change management initiatives related to project management processes.

 Acted as a focal person to USAID (Donor Agency) for attending continuous meetings with USAID officials
regarding crafting, restructuring, and reimbursement of Milestones.
 Supported USAID officials in tracking the performance of project implementation and site inspections after
completion of respective milestones to attain set targets.
 Exceeded the reporting requirements of USAID and wrote reimbursement cases to USAID for E&M milestones.
 Facilitated senior contracts specialist/ contract manager for offering expert contractual advice to project managers
and supervision teams in the settlement of claims, variation orders, and resolution of disputes efficiently between
contractors and clients.
 Tactfully negotiated all requirements of contractual agreements and aided contract manager in evaluating
contractual implication of supervision project scope changes.

and services for guaranteeing all activities performed in complies with customer objectives and procedures.
 Headed the process of pre-commissioning, commissioning of electrical systems, and commissioning index and
delivered technical assistance on site during pre-commissioning and start-up as required.
