Filipino Citizens and resident of 383 P DAMASO ST., CONCEPTION, BALIWAG
BULACAN, PHILIPPINES, now and hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEROR; request to
transfer the ownership of our Unit at VICTORIA DE MALATE, Unit 1425, Tower A, from
our name to SPS. CORLYN R. VALENCIA & GABBY M. VALENCIA.
