What is leadership?
Leadership is the capacity to motivate a group to achieve a
common objective. Leadership is typically addressed in the context of
business, but it also refers to how you, as an individual, choose to live
your life. Leadership is defined as influencing, inspiring, and assisting
people in becoming their best selves while developing skills and
attaining goals.

What are the types of Leadership?

1. Autocratic leadership
A type of leader who has total authority over his team. They never
compromise their principles or norms for the sake of others.
Furthermore, their team has no input into company choices. In
addition, the team is required to follow the leader's lead.
Because it opposes change, this outdated style of leadership has few
followers. With their game-changing actions, modern leaders are
transforming the notion of leadership and redefining what it means to
be a leader.

2. Laissez-Faire leadership

Laissez-Faire is derived from a French word that means ‘allow to

do’. “The practice of non-interference in the affairs of others, especially
with reference to individual conduct or freedom of action,”. Team
members have the freedom to fulfill their duties as they see fit under
this sort of leadership. They are given the flexibility to put their unique
viewpoint and intelligence to bear in carrying out company duties.
3. Democratic leadership
In this type of leadership, Team members and leaders both
contribute equally to the achievement of corporate objectives.
Furthermore, they collaborate and inspire one another to attain their
personal goals. This kind of leadership fosters a pleasant work
atmosphere.
4. Bureaucratic leadership

In this type of leadership, Leaders strictly follow organizational

principles and guidelines. They ensure that their team members follow
suit. Leaders in the bureaucracy are frequently organized and self-
motivated.

What is the significance of a Venn Diagram in relation to making

company decisions?
Venn diagrams allow you to visually organize information, which is
useful when making big decisions. To describe the similarities and
differences between two possibilities, use a two-set diagram, or add
circles if you have more than two options. Venn diagrams are an
excellent tool for evaluating features and possibilities if you often
collaborate with outside suppliers, onboard software packages, or
make other crucial business decisions.

Note: Answer the question in a direct and concise manner.
