EDUCATOR GUIDELINES & TIMETABLE

 The exam period is scheduled as follows:

A. Grades 10 11 - 3 hours  (Reg + lesson 1 – 5 + Break)
B. Grades 7 8 9 - 1, 5 hours  (Reg + lesson 1 – 3)
 Exams to be written in form classes and invigilated by form and subject teachers as per timetable – see invigilation roster overleaf.
NB. Educators have been placed on invigilation during their teaching lessons, but not necessarily in their teaching class
 Form educators are to:
 ensure during registration, that the classroom is set for an exam e.g. single rows of desks; stationery in clear cases etc.
 times are written on the board - see below for guidelines
 collect bundled Question papers + writing material + exam register from HS secretary’s office on WEDS- 07 JUNE at 07H00
 complete details on jacket covers & get learners to sign the official exam register
 Gr 7 8 9 - Period 3 Invigilators and Gr 10 11 – Break Invigilators to collect QP & answer sheets & signed exam register at end of exam and
hand the same to HS Secretary.
 Non-form educators and teachers on NTPs to be on standby for possible relief duty.
