Narrative Story

I couldn’t believe the moment had finally arrived, he thought. It was time for his
revenge, to show everyone what he was actually capable of. He had been waiting
waiting for this moment for five months and, now, after three loses, the time for a
win had come.
My friend is a dedicated karate fighter who never skips trainings, trains hard, eats
healthy food and he gave up most of his friends to focus on his goal. But
apparently he was in a bad shape, his coach said, as he lost three important contests
in a row and he was on the point of giving up not only because of the laughs of
other contestants but also because his family didn’t support him. They always
argued about not learning for school. He never gave up and tried his best,
continued training, didn’t listen to the others and even gave up the girl he loved the
most just to be fully focused on the contest.
In the end he won the contest, his friends cheered, those who laughed at him were
ashamed, his parents understood that they made a mistake and his lost love only
waited to come back to him.
