Global Pandemic

Accessibility: We will make sure people can access our goods and services buy
creating an app they can order from. This will make it easier for people to
order our food because they will not fear getting COVID-19.

Rules: I personally don't think that masks and social distancing work.
However, I will have sanitizing machines in the building as well as maybe some
social distancing protocol.
Recession

Sales Changes:The way people will spend their money on my company is

through online services. I will make it cheaper to buy food online rather
than in person.

Additional: In order for my company to increase its value, I would

increase the amount of food on the menu so my business can increase its
sales.

Saving Money: In order to save money, my subway company will cut some of
the employees. I may also cut working hours as well.
