Polytechnic College of Davao del Sur, Inc.

PD1 BSCRIM 1-F FINAL OUTPUT

Submitted to: Miss Ruth Mae D. Mahusay, LPT

Participant: Sheena Marie M. Tarle
19 years old, Monteclaro Compound, Guihing, Hagonoy, Davao
del Sur

Interview:
1. Which of the following describes you worst experience? (Bullying, Gender
Inequality, Identity Crisis, Gender Violence, Violence (may be physical,
emotional, etc.))
- BULLYING
2. What kind of difficulties did you face?
- There’s a lot actually. I developed uhm, anxiety? HAHAHAH I also felt
insecure about myself because of what happened. I always question
myself, nganong gibuhat man to nila? Unsa akong gihimo sa ila para ing-
atuon ko. Then ayon I also developed trust issues because of it.
3. Have you already overcome those challenges? If so, describe how you
overcame it? If not, what prevents you from overcoming it?
- Thankfully, na overcome na nako siya. I started reading self-help books
because reading makes me calm and it makes me forget the reality
somehow. Naga journaling sad ko then ginastory nako didto what
happened about my day and my last paragraph would always be about
myself. Like gina-congratulate nako siya then gina assure nako akong self.
Like that hahaha.
4. What message do you want to send to people that caused you to feel that
way? Or to people who think less of you?
- To the people who caused me to feel that very painful experience of my
life, I would say sorry to you. Kay there’s a saying man gud nga kana
dawng mga tao nga nagapasakit sa imo kay napasakitan na pud daw na
sila. So like siguro that time nga ginabully ko niya he/she must be hurting
inside. So I’m saying sorry to yourself and thank you sad. I know this is so
weird kay ako nangayog pasaylo niya gapasalamat ko niya. Pero bitaw
thank you to that person, because of you I learned to love and appreciate
myself more.
5. What advice would you like to give to someone who is going through
challenging moments in life?
- The advice I would give to someone would be, “LABAN LANG” I know
lisod na siya himoon labi nag lisod nagyud kayo or like because sakit
nagyud kayo pero laban lang. Show them nga wala ka naapektuhan sa
ilang gina-ingon or ginahimo. Don’t give them the satisfaction of knowing
that they can break you into pieces. Then pray for strength to overcome
these painful challenges. Meditate and shower yourself with love and
appreciation.
