15. MODULE AIM
The aim of this module is to impart knowledge in law governing commercial transactions
in the domestic and international context.

16. INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOME


On successful completion of this module, a student shall be able to:
• Explain what is involved in international trading.
• Describe financing if international trade.
• Discuss employment law in Malawi.
• List elements of industrial relations.
• Explain the importance of each element of industrial relations.
• Define ‘the concept of legal personality’ in relation to Agency’s partnership and
the Limited Company.
