w dalszej treści zwany/a Pracownikiem
W okresie od 01.03.2023 strony postanawiają
wprowadzić na mocy porozumienia stron
następujące zmiany w Umowie o pracę
zawartej w dniu2022-04-01
1. Pracownik zostaje zatrudniony na stanowisku
Accountant
2. Pracownik otrzymuje wynagrodzenie
zasadnicze, określone stawką miesięczną
wysokości 5 550,00 zł brutto.
Pracownik może otrzymać nagrody o charakterze
uznaniowym, a także premie zgodnie z zasadami
określonymi w Regulaminie Premiowania.
3. Wraz z wynagrodzeniem za kwiecień 2023 zostanie
wypłacone Pracownikowi jednorazowo wyrównanie do
wynagrodzenia zasadniczego, którego kwota brutto stanowić
będzie różnicę pomiędzy kwotą wynagrodzenia wskazaną
w niniejszym porozumieniu a kwotą wynagrodzenia
zasadniczego brutto należnego za miesiąc luty br.
W pozostałym zakresie zawarta umowa pozostaje
bez zmian.
OŚWIADCZENIE
Podpisując niniejszą umowę Pracownik oświadcza,
że rozumie i akceptuje określone w niej warunki.

and Mr/Ms Quequesana Lagos Angela
residing at Królowej Jadwigi 37/6, 70-261 Szczecin
hereinafter the Employee.
Both parties hereby agree that for the period from
01.03.2023 the Employment Agreement
concluded on 2022-04-01 shall be modified as:
1. An Employee is employed in the position of
Accountant
2. The Employee is paid basic remuneration at a monthly
rate of PLN 5 550,00 zł gross.
The Employee may also be awarded bonuses on a
discretionary basis and bonuses as specified in
Bonus Regulations.
3. With the payroll for April 2023 the Employee will receive
one-time compensation to his/her base salary. The paid out
amount will be the difference between base salary given in
this agreement and the base salary due for February 2023.
The remaining provisions of the agreement remain
unchanged.
STATEMENT
The undersigned Employee hereby acknowledges
that the following terms and conditions of the
agreement have been read and understood.
