JUSTIFIKASI Modul ini akan menggunakan Inventori Kerjaya Holland
sebagai Langkah pertama dalam penerokaan personaliti minat kerjaya peserta. Kaunselor akan mentadbir inventori secara berkelompok dan kemudiannya membuat analisis bersama untuk mendapatkan 3 kod dominan RIASEC. Melalui 3 kod dominan ini, peserta kemudian dipecahkan kepada beberapa kelompok yang sama.
MATLAMAT Pada akhir aktiviti, peserta akan mengenali dengan lebih
terperinci personality dan kecenderungan kerjaya mereka melalui pentadbiran Inventori Kerjaya Holland
LANGKAH-LANGKAH 1. Peserta berkumpul untuk melaksanakan Icebreaking.
2. Taklimat aktiviti Explorasi Personaliti 3. Pengagihan inventori Kerjaya Holland 4. Kaunselor memberi masa untuk semua peserta bersedia dan bertenang sebelum mula menjawab inventori Kerjaya Holland 5. Peserta mula menjawab inventori 6. Kaunselor mula membuat analisis berkelompok setelah semua peserta berjaya menjawab inventori dengan jayanya. 7. Hasil analisis berkelompok, peserta akan dapat 3 kod dominan RIASEC 8. Kod dominan RIASEC akan digunakan untuk mengkelaskan peserta kepada Kumpulan yang lebih kecil mengikut kesamaan kod dominan yang diperolehi.
