Dawn K. Brown, M.D.
Known as the M.D. with ADHD, Dr. Dawn was diagnosed with
ADHD while completing her child psychiatry fellowship
program. She is the Founder and CEO of Mental Healthletics
PLLC ™ and serves as the company’s Sports Psychiatrist
Consultant for elite (and retired) athletes of college and
national sports organizations. Dr. Dawn is also the Founder and
CEO of ADHD Wellness Center and is licensed in five states. She
serves as a psychiatrist for four clinics in Texas and Illinois. From
her #1 best seller, The ADHD Lifestyle Series: Secrets from an
MD with ADHD, her podcast, From ADHD to Amaze-Ability, and
Facebook Live weekly broadcasts, she seeks to de-stigmatize
mental illness and dispel myths about the diagnosis and
treatment of these conditions. Dr. Brown earned her doctorate
degree and completed her Residency in General/Adult
Psychiatry at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine and
completed an additional two-year fellowship in Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry at the Menninger Department of
Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the Baylor College of
Medicine in Houston, Texas.
