The idea of redeveloping a piece of land

Introduction
The aim of this proposal is to suggest the idea of how the piece of land in our town should be
renovated. Additionally, I will present some benefits this solution could bring to our town's
habitants.

The solution
The way I see it, a great way of altering this area would be making a town square there.
However, not an ordinary, boring one made out of concrete - I’m thinking about a colourful,
vibrant place with different flower species and plenty of places to sit, relax and enjoy the
view. Furthermore, I think that opening a restaurant in this location is an excellent idea.

The benefits
Undoubtedly, such a place would attract crowds and thanks to putting there some places to
sit, like benches or chairs, this area would make a great meeting-place for habitants. People
would spend much more time outside, which would be beneficial also for their health.
Additionally, opening a little restaurant or a cafe there would create some new workplaces
which would be favourable for locals but also the authorities as it would generate some
income. Moreover, a picturesque square would make our town much more charming and
possibly more tourists-friendly.

Conclusion
To sum up, I highly recommend considering my concept of renovating this piece of land. By
looking at the advantages I have mentioned in this proposal I believe it would be beneficial
not only for the locals but also visitors and local authorities. I’m sure that the people of our
town would embrace this idea.
