(CIA) Work Paper of Certain Fundamental Features of The Developing Union of The Americas (Shawn Dexter John Is The Sole Author)
(CIA) Work Paper of Certain Fundamental Features of The Developing Union of The Americas (Shawn Dexter John Is The Sole Author)
There are certain features of the developing model of Union which have sparked my desire to
explain further, on this day, complexities and ethos of our consolidated venture. I must add that the
explanation of (and focus on) the core pursuit isn’t of any triviality, isn’t of a delusional complex, and
isn’t (by any means) a hobby.
First, the city of Miami (Dade County, Florida) will be awarded the stature of capital of the future
Union of the Americas per conclusions developed democratically amongst governments in the
hemisphere (in advance and under sound constraints), ones predicted to be adhered to by
governments in two decades at the exact time of our drafting and ratification of the Constitutive
Treaty (Establishing the Union of the Americas), certainly a goal we are pursuing cautiously. The city
of Washington will remain protected as the [effectual] federal capital of the United States (as a
single Member State of the Americas) – there is no threat posed in admiring the ideality of Miami in
assuming the role it has apparently been bestowed (toward a good cause). The United States, in
remaining a bastion of hope and purveyor of the most advanced doctrine, isn’t being combated by
any supranational construct, any partnership, or any Power toward vacating New York City as the
federal headquarters of the United Nations. Those two cities should congratulate Miami for
developing in such a manner which makes its appointment so admirable, meaning in serving as one
of the most diverse cities in the United States and the encompassing Americas as a whole.
Second, I would like to communicate that our non-adherence to an [extinct] plan for a North
American Union won’t have us vacate mobilizing the necessary series of discourses (or
agreements), those purposed with developing the concept and inducing the manifestation of the
Amero (or such), meaning the future single currency of the Union of the Americas (or, plausibly, the
breadth of the continent in early stages of Union). Organizers, here in the United States (including on
Capitol Hill), are certain that the plan for a crypto-currency as the initial metamorphosis will suffice
and will assist the adaptation of the United States and other large economies in the hemisphere
(aside their constituents) to this convening idea of Union and legitimate consolidation.
Next, we are quite elated that many co-operatives have sanctioned our development of another idea
which shouldn’t pose any authentic concern to Americans, laymen or legalists. We will have a
Supreme Tribunal of the Americas, one which consolidates the current judicial forums and courts
addressing Pan-American matters, one which will correspond specifically with the Constitutive
Treaty Establishing the Union of the Americas, and one which will not serve to abolish, literally or
effectually, the federal or national courts of Member States. (The model of the New Societies does
provide an effective and efficient Supreme Tribunal format with rational supplements.)
I do anticipate working in both Miami and New York toward the ends aforementioned and toward
refining our arguments, debates, resolutions, and social discourses for edifying a framework and a
product which are eternal as sound, ones which covet and suppose inalienable principles
corresponding (innately) with the continued and progressive development of human civilization. We
are certain that the United Nations headquarters, in having recommended and supported the
activities of the Organization of American States as essential, will sanction our efforts and will
deliver us support which is material. The grassroots activism found in both cities and, honestly,
throughout major parts of the United States, those supporting both the conservative and
progressive factions in their arguments (without disastrous effects), compliments what is found
throughout the rest of the Americas.
We are working on keeping the United Nations invested in the Pan-American idea and the other
continental ideas in their development – we are certain that upon reformation, the United Nations
will evolve to induct the five continental unions being developed, most plausibly within the Security
Council of the United Nations.
Note:
1. My usage of American always refers to “of the United States.” Pan-American and Trans-American
refer to “of the Americas as a whole.”
