Work content: In the last 48hr. the daily work plans executed as

I. #PV/PC inspection and repair at the inspection shed/Indode; LRS Depot

1. DPC 0002 bus group (8 #PV/PC) visual & cab equipment inspection executed.

2. Inspected DPC 0001 waste discharge pipe (side 1). Deformed pipe hanger is adjusted and the pipe

doesn’t show any leakage.

All test results went normal with the following remarks: -

 1pc interior door windshield assembly disengaged; to be fixed (HSC 0019 side A).

 2pcs new handheld sprayer installed (side 2 toilets of HSC 0009 & SBC 0003).

 1pc deformed ball valve handle checked. The damage isn’t serious and fixed with silicon sealant

(HSC 0018 sewerage tank position 3).

Work  2pcs stacked butterfly valves inspected. Fall off air cylinder retaining bolt fixed (HBC 0002 side 2)

 2 inverter failures (HSC 0004 & DPC 0001 inverter II); not fixed.

 1pc conduit connector loosen; not fixed (HSC 0020 axle #2).

 1pc main air pipe connector loosen; not fixed (SBC 0002).

Summary of remarks: - 10 defects/remarks have been identified and 6 of them are resolved.

II. Operating train set on-board technical status monitoring and repair works

According to the report from flight attendants on-board operating train set, all lines were running normal

and arrived their destination safely.

III. Production safety, material consumption and other

 All daily production activities at the inspection workshop and onboard went normal.

Challenge  No major challenge.

1) Follow up and monitor technical operation status of TN_5772 (Tariku) onboard.

2) Being the 31st of October, operation of TN_101/102 and TN_k1/k2 are suspended.

Plan 3) DPC 0002 bus group (8 #PV/PC) powered inspection.

4) Inspect HBC 0004 toilets for leaks.
