Important Notes:

• Each Team determines when and how often watering and deadheading is to be done
during the week …. at least 2-3 times a week, depending on weather.

• Team Members: In the event you are unable to water when scheduled, kindly contact
another member (not on your team) to replace you and notify your Team Leader of
the change. This will avoid there being a shortage of workers on your team.

• Team Leader determines “work area” assignments for the Team

• Team Leaders are to pass the Garden Bags (watering tools) to Leader scheduled for the
next week.

• Team Leaders: Replace fertilizer when necessary for your supply bag and submit the
bill to Margaret Weber.

WORK AREA DESCRIPTIONS:

Diamond Club House (DCH):

a. “Main Door” Entrance: plants in big blue pots
b. Planters around pool and under waterfall canopy
c. Planter outside gate on the Diamond Lake Circle side

Silver Club House (SCH) and Park Entrance Guard Shack:

a. Planters around pool
b. Park entrance Guard Shack: planter on back side of building
c. 3 planters on stones to the left of the Resort Office front entrance
d. Planter on walkway to the left of the Resort Office front entrance (originally
this on the right in front of the entrance doors)
e. Golf Starter Shack*:
*Trim, dead-head and fertilize only;
*Plants are watered by Starter Shack volunteers

Happy Valley Pool:
