RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. JOSEPHINE

MORILLO AS BARANGAY ADMINISTRATOR OF BARANGAY #50 BUTTONG,
LAOAG CITY.

WHEREAS, The local government code defines who are those appointive barangay officials
are, They are the Secretary, Treasurer, and others provided that they are not disqualified
under the Law.

WHEREAS, The Administrator plays a very important role in the barangay because the
barangay administrator will perform other works, help the Barangay chairman to facilitate
documents and others.
WHEREAS, The Barangay Captain shall have the power to appoint as mandated by the
Local government code subject to concurrence of the majority of all the Sangguniang
barangay members.

RESOLVED as it is Resolved upon the motion of Kagawad Alexis A. Agliam duly

seconded by Kagawad Rudy A. Domingo unanimously voted in favor of Ms. Josephine
Morillo as the new Barangay Administrator of Barangay Buttong, Laoag City

I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which was duly
adopted unanimously by the Sangguniang Barangay during the Special Session held on May
02, 2023.
