1. London Special Preaching Campaign: Please have the announcement for congregations
read to the congregation at the next two meetings. Thereafter, it should be posted on the
information board until March 15, 2024.

FOR CONGREGATION SERVICE COMMITTEES

1. London Special Preaching Campaign: Please carefully review the attached document
entitled “Online Application Form – Notes for Congregation Service Committee.” A member of
the service committee is required to fill out an online application form for each publisher
interested in participating in the campaign. Each form should take no more than about five
minutes to complete.

FOR CONGREGATIONS
1. London Special Preaching Campaign: Publishers in Britain and Ireland are now invited to
apply for the special preaching campaign in central London, scheduled throughout October.
Participation is open for a minimum of one week, or multiple weeks if preferred. The deadline
for applications is March 15, 2024.

2. Groups: Groups of up to eight people, including children, can take part together. Each
individual, except for unbaptised minor children, should submit their application separately.
Naturally, minor children should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A group should
not be composed entirely of single brothers and sisters.

3. Accommodation: Very few families within London congregations have spare rooms, so
please anticipate arranging your own accommodation. If you could only take part if
accommodation is provided, this can be specified on the application form.

4. Online form: A member of the Congregation Service Committee must enter the online
application form on your behalf. If you would like to apply, please give the following information
to the service committee:

• Your name and age

• Whether you would need accommodation to be provided
• Approximate dates of arrival and departure for the campaign
• Any unbaptised minor children you will have with you
• Any accessibility needs that might affect where you can serve
• If you will travel as part of a group, the names and congregations of each member
of the group

5. We are confident that with Jehovah’s blessing, this campaign will give a great witness to
many people in London. Please prayerfully consider whether you can take part. We are certain
it will be a joyful and rewarding experience.—Proverbs 16:3; 10:22.
