Elementary School headed by the compassionate principal Mrs. Zylpha G.
Gumadlas, our Baranggay Captain Honorable Elven B. Balastigue. The PTA
president, Pastora Emilie M. Villanueva. Alumni President, Mr. Cynil Roark E. Sajor.
Beloved parents/guardians, visitors, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant morning to all
of you.
It is my great honor and privilege to welcome you all to witness this 76th
Closing Exercises of Tagcatong Central Elementary School.
Today is an extra ordinary day for us graduating pupils, who are very excited
to attend this momentous event. This is a special day that our parents took time and
effort to prepare a small feast to celebrate our success, although this is not the
highest peak of achievement but this serves as our path to move forward to finish
our Junior and Senior High School to college.
Hence, the Closing exercises is one of the most unforgettable days where our
parents will experience unrelenting joy while witnessing us, receiving our certificate
and other awards.
To my fellow graduating pupils, may this day serve as a reflection of who we
will be in the future. Let us soar high like an eagle and may the Lord God protect and
bless us, as we journey ahead.
I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to my beloved parents for their love
and support, to our dear teachers, for their patience in teaching us the lessons as
well as molding our characters to be a good citizen in our country.
Once again, welcome everyone to witness our closing exercises.
