Meet the Owner


Owner and Manager, Mr. Dexter Vinagrera, is a passionate on making memorable and
happy events for his clients. Born and raised in San Isidro, Batangas City and has been planning
events part time since 2010- thats over 700 events and counting!
Dexter has been also with radio and event host and this is why he put up this event
management company.He studied at Le Prime Institute of Technology for Events and
Management Course and got NCIII certificate. His experience was working with one of the top
Leading Event Management company in the Philippines where he learn a lot of things and as a
training ground to put up this company.
At present, he is handling big events because of his established name in the industry and
still creating and making happy moments in everyone’s life.

EVENT COMMITTEE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EVENT MANAGER
● supervise the whole event, coordinates the details of work required in order to
ensure the event runs smoothly and according to plan
● directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event

ASSISTANT EVENT MANAGER


● works closely with the event manager in order to ease the manager’s workload
● takes the place of the manager whenever s/he is not present

BUDGET COMMITTEE
● ensures that all operations are within budget
● preparing budget reports and monitoring expenditure

CREATIVE COMMITTEE
● responsible for generating attention-grabbing ideas that will entice guests in an
event
● specializes in placing a range of highly skilled and interactive staff for the
program and design

EVENT CONCEPT AND DESCRIPTION

When Filipinas reach 18 years of age, it becomes one of their major milestones
in life; it signifies their step into the world of adulthood, or their coming of age, as they
say. It marks a momentous event that would signify a woman’s transition from a girl into
a woman.
In this regard, many girls have regarded their eighteenth birthday as a
momentous rite to womanhood and theirs a lot of traditions to be done and executed.
To celebrate this special event, a K-Pop Event concept may signify my love, passion
and interest of the debutant with the theme “Jhoanne Norraine at her 18 K-POP
Festival the event will be held on January 23, 2020, 4:00pm-8:00pm at Wanam Sa
Bukid Functional Hall located at Gulod Labac Batangas City.
For this event, the venue is the Wanam Sa Bukid Functional Hall which will be a
perfect location because it has a wide space that can accommodate 100 persons and is
easily accessible for the guests. Dress code will be any k-pop attire will best
complement the event. Inside the venue, guests will be able to see a k-pop festival vibe
decorated . The color palette will be violet, black, green and red.
Guests will first proceed to the registration booth (will be referred to as “check-in
counter”) for their attendance as well as the receiving of gifts. They will be ushered to
their respective seats (“k-pop tables”). Tables will be labeled as name of famous k-pop
artist. Guests can grab some appetizers at the grazing table (“layover”) and while
waiting to start the program an acoustic band will perform as well for the opening of the
photo booth. Upon the grand entrance of the birthday celebrant, the program will be
started by a video presentation for a tribute to the debutant. It will be followed by the first
segment which is dancing with the celebrant (18th K-pop Artist meaning there will be
given a k-pop mask given to the gentlemen) and the second segment will be the
lightsticks for candles giving their wishes.
The next part of the program will be the candle and cake ceremony followed by
dinner time. While the guests were eating, they will be serenaded by the acoustic band.
Photo session per table will happen during dinner and an audio visual presentation
about the celebrant and save the date will be played after.
Next will be a toast for the celebrant. For a short break, there will be games to
entertain the guests. Last segment will be the gifts for the celebrant (18 K-pop Gifts)
then the gratitude speech of the guest of honor. Lastly, Acoustic band performance for
the last set will cap off the night for a k-pop mode concert.

CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENT
CLIENT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made this 15th day of August, 2022.

between Ms. Jhoanne Norraine Asi and Happy Moments Events and Management
with office at Ground Floor, Bauan, Plaza, Batangas

The Client wishes to be provided with the Services for the upcoming 18th Birthday happening on
January 23, 2020 4PM-8PM by the Event Planner and the Event Planner agrees to provide the
Services to the Client on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.1 Services
The Event Planner shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement:
Full coordination event planning on the upcoming 60th Birthday happening on November 23,
2020 to the Client
1.2 Fees
As consideration for the provision of the Services by the Event Planner, the fees for the
provision of the Services is PHP 320,000.

1.3 Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Fees to the Event Planner on the following dates: PHP32,000
deposit after 30 days of contract signing. Another payment will be made within 30-60 days prior
to the first payment.
The Event Planner shall invoice the Client for the Services that it has provided to the Client
[monthly/at the event/after the event]. The Client shall pay such invoices [upon receipt /within

Any charges payable under this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes and such shall
be payable by the Client to the Event Planner in addition to all other charges payable hereunder.
1.4 Warranty
The Event Planner represents and warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill
and care.

Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Event Planner, either
party’s liability arising directly out of its obligations under this Agreement and
every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to the Fees.
The Event Planner assumes no liability due to the quality of items or services
purchased for the Client.
1.6 Term and Termination
This Agreement shall be effective on the date hereof and shall continue until the date of the
event unless terminated sooner. If the Client terminates this agreement for any reason more
than 30 days before the scheduled event, the Client will forfeit the deposit paid to the Event
Planner and the Client shall reimburse the Event Planner for all outstanding out of-pocket
expenses. If the Client terminates this agreement for any reason within 30 days of the
scheduled event, the full fee is payable to the Event Planner and the Client shall reimburse the
Event Planner for all outstanding out-of-pocket expenses.
1.7 Relationship of the Parties
The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the Event Planner, its
employees, sub-contractors, or agents shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in
this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or otherwise between
the parties.
1.8 Confidentiality
Neither Party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or
in relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature.
1.9 Miscellaneous
The failure of either party to enforce its rights under this Agreement at any time for
any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
If any part, term or provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable neither the
validity nor enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement shall be affected.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties relating to the event
and supersedes all prior representations, negotiations or understandings with respect to the
event.

Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if the
failure is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited
to acts of god, war, or industrial dispute.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Client is located.

1. JNE Photo and Prints is the exclusive Videographer and/or Photographer


retained by the client to cover outlined event. Any conflicts with other photographic
and/or video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts
are the sole responsibility of the client.

1. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission,


clearance permits, etc., which may be required for JNE Photo and Prints to
photograph/video each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for
obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is
solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or
inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal
rights to anything JNE Photo and Prints will videotape, including photos,

musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to JNE Photo and
Prints for inclusion in the clients videotape or DVD. The Client agrees to indemnify and

2. JNE Photo and Prints reserves the right to use videos and photos for
display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage
and photographs remain the exclusive property of JNE Photo and
Prints

Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that
he/she is familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is requesting services with
knowledge of the company’s style and that the Company’s work is constantly evolving;
that the Company's services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the photos and or
video may be different from photos and or video done by the company in the past; and
that in creating the photos or videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to
create images consistent with our personal judgment to create images and videos
consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the
subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos or videos
shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria.

3. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason up to 30 days
after the date of downpayment. Should the client terminate the contract, all money
paid minus the retainer which is 25% of total cost will be refunded.
4. If JNE Photo and Prints fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any
event or at beyond the control of Felice Events, including but not limited to illness,
accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and
unforeseeable equipment failure, JNE Photo and Prints liability is limited only to a
refund of all monies received.
5. JNE Photo and Prints produces DVDs using the most compatible media for set top
players (DVD-R). JNE Photo and Prints is not responsible for incompatibility with the
DVDs created and the client’s player.

VENUE AND CATERING AGREEMENT

Venue Rental Contract Event Name: 18th Birthday Celebration of Ms. Jhoanne Norraine

Event Date: January 23, 2022
This agreement is between Wanam sa Bukid , hereinafter known as the
“Venue/catering”, and Happy Moments Events and Management, signers of this
agreement, with the details below for renting Wanam sa Bukid agrees to provide a
socializing space with seats, lighting, sound systems*, restroom(s), security*, and
parking options for the duration of this rentaL on January 23, 2022. Happy Moments
Events and Management is responsible for staffing the front of the house, box office,
security*, sound operators*, and liability waivers for our dancers and performers. Happy
Moments Events and Management will have use of the Venue/catering during the
following rental times: Setup: January 23, 2022 at 2: 00 pm Take down: January 23,
2022, 10:00pm. Happy Moments Events and Management agrees at all times to keep
the Venue clean and passageways clear for emergency situations. Happy Moments
Events and Management agrees to properly dispose of all food, trash, and garbage at
the end of the designated rental time, or end of the night if multiple nights are booked.
Happy Moments Events and Management agrees to at no time exceed 2, 000
occupancy limit, which is designated by the Venue. Happy Moments Events and
Management may place posters and information tables in the Venue lobby, and place
their on sandwich board with public information on the sidewalk in front of the Venue
during the hours of rental by Happy Moments Events and Management. Venue agrees
to keep restrooms cleaned and re-stocked at regular intervals. Venue will provide keys
to the space, or will provide a representative to unlock and lock the space, for Happy
Moments Events and Management. Failure to return the keys* will result in a fee of:
PHP10,000 *. These terms are hereby agreed to by Venue and Happy Moments Events
and Management.

1) No outside alcohol is allowed in the venue.
2) Rentals can be delivered at the venue space beginning at 4:00 a.m.
the day of the event. All equipment and rentals must be removed
immediately following the conclusion of the event, unless other arrangements have
been approved by venue manager. All catering food, supplies, equipment and waste
must be loaded out immediately at the end of the event.
3) Setup time in Wanam sa Bukid must be arranged and approved by venue manager.
4) If your event has any audio/visual, production, or staging components, a
walk-through with BNB Professional Lights and Audio Services, our exclusive
audio/visual provider, is required, and must be conducted at least 30 days prior to the
event. If your event requires additional electrical support (above 80 amps), we will
provide an additional 400 amps at a supplemental charge of P500.00. Only Wanam sa
Bukid building staff shall be permitted to operate the electrical circuit breakers.
5) As per Fire Department regulations, client must observe our “no open flames policy,”
which means that at no time can candles or other open flames can be used without
being enclosed in a glass container, such as votives or hurricane candle holders. No
flammable, combustible, explosive, or pyrotechnical materials may be delivered or used
in the venue space.
6.)Any moving equipment (such as trolleys, carts) must be equipped with rubber
wheels. Protective paper or plastic must be laid on the floor if there is any work to be
done such as florals, staging, gift assembly, etc. The only tape permitted to be used on
the floor is painter’s tape. Nails, tacks, pins, strong adhesives, and any other material
that might damage the venue surfaces shall not be used without a prior written
agreement by venue manager. Pixie dust, glitter, confettis, etc., are not allowed in
venue. Management reserves the right to assess a clean-up fee if such materials are
used.
7) The Wanam sa Bukid staff shall be allowed to monitor without any interference and
be permitted to conduct walk through during the set up time of each event.
Floor plans, production schedules, and description of the utility services are due no later
than two weeks prior to the setup of the event. Client shall not contract or permit any
service companies such as telecommunication, IT, electrical, digital, etc., without prior
written notice to the venue manager.
9) Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises of Wanam sa Bukid
10) The Wanam sa Bukid venue manager retains the right to enforce all rules and
regulations on public safety, egress, and any other emergency preventive measures, at
any time during any event. Client and suppliers must comply with such rules and
regulations. Stairways, fire lanes, fire exits, emergency exits, and hallways and
entrances must be kept clear, unlocked and unobstructed at all times.

11) The restrooms are professionally cleaned prior to each event. During
the event, it is the client’s responsibility to hire restroom attendants. If the
client needs attendants, he/she must contact the venue manager or
his/her caterer.
12) Client is responsible for obtaining all permits, certificates, and insurances required
for his/her event, including sidewalk or curb permits for outside the venue if needed.
13) The Wanam sa Bukid takes pride in recycling! Caterers working in the venue space
must use clear and black plastic bags to sort waste and recyclables. The venue
manager will direct the caterer’s staff regarding disposal.
14) At the end of each event, the client shall be responsible for returning the venue
space to a broom-clean condition, including the kitchen, the bathroom and the main
entrance. The kitchen counters and tops must be wiped down and the floor swept and
mopped before vacating the event space.
15) If other avtivities is planned during the event, client must contact venue manager for
additional rate.
16) The event, music and catering services must stop by 10:00pm. Cleanup can begin
directly after the event is over and must be completed within the hours agreed upon in
the contract, otherwise overtime for venue, security, maintenance and venue manager
will be added and invoiced to client.
