II. Project Description
A. Rationale/Background of the Project
Paranas Samar has a total population of 32,374 during the year 2020, so 90% of that are
using cellphone, 50% of that are using laptop specially of all government employees and 20
percent of that have a personal computer. it is clear that cellphone, laptop and computer are
important in our daily life for communication and for smooth transaction in our job and
sometimes it comes to a point that our gadget are being damaged due to minimal accident in our
house and even outside the house. So to fix this problem I start a small business which is
electronics repair shop that offers troubleshooting and fixing cellphone, laptop, tablet and
personal computer to our community.

B. GOAL
To provide a good and affordable services to the community in terms of cellphone and
laptop issue.

C. Objectives/Purposes
 To be able to provide services that satisfies the need of the customers.
 To expand my business and increase my profit

D. Expected Outputs
 People in Paranas can avail free consultation services for all types of gadgets.
 Customers can avail services with an excellent relationship with technician and
personnel.

E. Activities:
Conduct canvassing of materials needed by the electronic repair shop.

2. Analog Multi Tester 1,000 pesos
 3. Fund for buying spare parts 4,000 pesos
Total: 25,000 pesos

H. Operationalization of project
To successfully operate the project, the proponent will undergo hands on in fixing, and
troubleshooting of damage gadgets.
I. Sustainability Plan
The project proponent of this electronic repair shop will establish a good relationship with the
costumers and will provide necessary discounts. To further sustain the project promotional
activities.

J. Cost and return analysis

Monthly repair: Price per replacement:

3 pcs cellphone LCD replacement for cellphone 2k minimum
1 pcs laptop LCD replacement for laptop 5k minimum

Price of LCD: Depreciation cost of LCD:

Cellphone LCD 1,400 pesos 150 pesos every year
Laptop LCD 3,500 pesos
Total: 4,900 pesos

3 pcs cellphone x 2,000 per replacement = 6,000 pesos

1 pcs laptop x 5,000 per replacement = 5,000 pesos

Total: 11,000 pesos

Expenses: - 4,900 pesos

Profit: 6,100 pesos

Yearly income:
12 months’ x 6,100 pesos = 73,200 profit
1,800 pesos’ yearly depreciation cost – 73,200 = 71,400 total profit every year
