    Creating area for people who is interested in learning Transportation
    technology,(software,digital arts,digital media) few things

    Why is that must for Halkalı.
    There is courses that teach people how to use softwares but Ground Floor
    there is no free courses for people to wants to learn
    technology.

    Software is also a language like english,turkish...


    If we don’t learn the language everyone is speaking and
    everyone is going to speak,we feel lonely.
    Thats why main idea of that place is going to teach people
    softwares and digital arts for free. First Floor
    And also there is going to be an exhibition halls for general
    acknowledge.
