A. Roles and functions, that he can provides leadership in formulation and
implementation of policies, plans, programs and projects to carry out the objectives
of education for secondary schools adopted to the needs of the community and He
organize and plan the activities teachers as well as the student welfare.
B. Notable accomplishments, He has made sure that being instructional leader and
at the same time a school administrator these two things or responsibilities that
have been laid on his shoulder must be given utmost concern, especially on the
instructional supervision and giving technical assistance between and among
teachers under his care and also he was nominee attended the National Training of
Trainers (Cluster 3) on the Higher Order Thinking Skills Professional Learning
Packages (HOTS-PLPs) for teachers of Mathematics, Science and English and other
seminars and training s that can help him in his endeavor.
C. Desirable professional, always open for learning more and advancing his skill set
and he has a good attitude for his work environment .
D. Personal qualities, he was honest, flexible and most importantly he was resilience
in his work that will lead to approval as part of the National Educators Academy of
the Philippines-Region II (NEAPR) Pool of Learning Facilitators.

I have complete confidence that Dr. Lapitan will be fit learning facilitator with
exceptional qualities that will inspire educational learners and teachers to create
meaningful innovations and projects for the best benefits of our learners.
