Purpose
To define the process for periodic review of running contract to ensure the
performance parameters are on the right track

Scope
Applicable to all actively running contracts.

Responsibility
Project Manager / HOD / Technical Manager

Procedure
 All actively running contract to be reviewed on a monthly basis or as per
critical issues are recorded.

 The review is to be conducted to assess the following performance parameters

of the contract during execution phase: -
1) Reporting & inspection quality
2) Work Progress
3) Impartiality & Independence
4) Objectives Achieved
5) Complaint And Appeals
6) Feedback
7) Safety Concerns
8) Accidents
9) Financial Implications
10) Additional Expenses
11) Resource Requirement
12) Delay in execution

 The review records are to be prepared in format PHI/MKTG/F/06
