// CREATING FOREGROUND LAYER

1 In _MAIN COMP,
open composition «Scene NN*»

2 In every «Scene NN*» there is composition «Footage Holder NN*».

Open it

3 In comp «Footage Holder NN*» need drag-and-drop Your Footage,

which will be «frozen». 4 In middle of the timeline there is marker.
Frame Footage by that marker - will eventually be «frozen».

Move Footage along timeline to choose the most appropriate frame
