(51:30) I-Chord:
[All in Red] ch 3
Row 1: Insert hook into 2nd ch from hook, yarn over and draw up a loop, insert hook into
next ch, yarn over and draw up a second loop. There should be 3 loops on the hook.
Row 2: Drop 2 loops from the hook and hold them at the base with your thumb so they
don’t come undone. Yarn over and draw up a loop through the remaining loop on the hook.
Insert hook into the first dropped loop, yarn over and draw up a loop. Insert hook into the
next dropped loop, yarn over and draw up a loop. There should be 3 loops on the hook.
Row 3 - ?: Repeat Row 2 until your i-chord reaches 5 x the height of your bag.
For me that was 30 inches (76 cm) because my bag, made in worsted weight cotton,
measured 6 inches (15cm) tall. I worked to Row 98 to reach this length.
To end the i-cord, yarn over and draw yarn through all three loops on hook. Cut a short tail
and weave in both ends of the i-cord.

(58:21) Assembly:
Insert the i-cord into the hole (marked “1” in the picture below) from the front. Thread
through the hole to the left (marked “2” in the picture below.
