atmosphere. The water cycle consists of evaporation, condensation, precipitation and runoff repeated all over and over again. Water cycle Evaporation
The sun’s rays heat the water in oceans and in
the ground transforming it into water vapor that rises into the atmosphere. Water is also released by plants in the atmosphere through the process of transpiration. Condensation
Afterthe water has been evaporated from
water bodies and the ground, it starts to cool down and clump together to form tiny water droplets which then join to become clouds. Precipitation
When clouds get large and heavy due
to so many water droplets together, the water start to fall back from atmosphere towards the Earth in the form of rain, snow, sleet and hail. Surface runoff and ground water When precipitation falls on the ground, it moves into rivers and streams that eventually flow back into the ocean. The water flowing on the surface is called runoff and water flowing below the surface is called ground water. WATER CYCLE IN A BAG!!! WATER CYCLE IN A BAG!!! WATER CYCLE POSTER
