Dear Abdul Ahad Ilyas,

On 18-Nov-2023 , an incident occurred at the Shalimar Branch on duty you leave the Cantt
branch to participate and escalate the incident in the Shalimar branch . This incident included
physical altercations, the use of abusive language, and a clear breach of our company policy. It
has come to our attention that you not only engaged in the altercation but also escalated the
situation by involving individuals from outside the organization, who were armed and carrying
weapons, licensed and unlicensed, which was a major safety issue for the staff and our
neighbors as well.

Our company has a strict policy against any form of violence, harassment, or disruptive
behavior. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and respectful working environment for all
employees. Unfortunately, your actions have not only violated this policy but also undermined
the well-being and security of our workforce.

Given the severity of the situation and the clear violation of our policies, we have no choice but
to terminate your employment with immediate effect. We take these matters seriously and
cannot tolerate any behavior that jeopardizes the harmony and professionalism within our
organization.

You will be handed your monthly payroll once the payrolls are processed for all of the company
and the branch management will inform you to receive your payroll amount.
