All Results: this tab is for viewing of all type of results. You can download your result by clicking
PDF icon in Download Result column.
Register: after clicking this button there is a pop up message for the patient email registration.
My Account: if you want to change your username or password just click that link button.

Note: The default transaction is three (3) years only. In order to select previous date, click
the
Calendar icon from date you want to select and to date, after you set your date range click Go
Button

After clicking REGISTER Button there’s a prompt message

where you can input your email address. The purpose of this
registration is for you to retrieve/reset password online using the
registered email.
Laboratory Results: this tab can view all your laboratory test results only.

To view your Cumulative Result go to specific tab, click the View Cumulative Button. (See page.2)
Generate PDF is for you to automatic generate or download the cumulative result but once you
click these button only (6) six columns will be generated from the current to previous transaction.
Six columns is the maximum to show your cumulative result in generating PDF.

Once you click View Cumulative Button you will be direct to Cumulative Results Page, in this page
there are feature that can help you to generate your cumulative result in easiest way.

1. Year Drop Down: in this feature it can help you to get the exact year you want to
generate. Just click the dropdown box and choose the exact year you want to view.
2. Quick Search: you can use this quick search to help you to find test by name and select
transaction date below then click search.
For you to download your Cumulative PDF after setting, just click Generate PDF. Note:
Up to (6) six column only can be display in Cumulative Result PDF.

To view your Imaging results, click the Imaging Results tab and you will be direct to your
imaging results.
To view your Histopath results, click the Histopath Results tab.

To view your physical exam results, click the Pre-Emp/APE Results tab.
To view your Mission results, click the Mission Results tab.

To view your Microbiology results, click the Microbiology Results tab.

To view your Special Test results, click the Special Test Results tab.

Lab Test Info: in this tab, you will be able to see the test information.
